Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our programs. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms below.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon enrollment, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a limited satisfaction guarantee as described below because we are committed to delivering genuine value to every member.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided that:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
- You have attended no more than one live coaching session using your enrollment
- You submit a written refund request to hello@genwealthblueprint.com within the 14-day window
- You have not violated our Terms & Conditions or community conduct standards
Refund requests that meet the above criteria will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
- Enrollments where 20% or more of the course content has been accessed
- One-on-one coaching sessions that have already been completed
- Any bonuses, workbooks, templates, or supplemental downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms & Conditions or community guidelines
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- The program you enrolled in and your purchase date
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
Our team will respond within 3 business days to confirm receipt and communicate the outcome of your request.
5. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us to resolve your concern, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and suspend your account access during the dispute period. We encourage you to reach out to us first, we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
